My research interests are within the area of international management: strategy implementation, virtual work in multinational corporations, and digitalization in international management (e.g., blockchain adoption). I also explore theory building with critical realist ontology, and new avenues in international business education.
I am passionate about teaching and try to design my courses to be personalized experiences for learning. I teach: International Management and Diversity Management; co-teach: Cross-cultural management and International Strategic Management.
In the Academy of International Business Teaching & Education Shared Interest Group, I serve as a vice chair for communications. Among my responsibilities are: editing the newsletter and insights on teaching IB, organizing joint webinars with Georgia State University CIBER, co-leading the video capsule project, and others.
