The University of Vaasa’s European Office in Brussels focuses on networking, building partnerships, and identifying funding opportunities across Europe. It supports researchers in participating in EU programmes and in finding relevant partners for collaboration.

The office also contributes to European research and innovation policy discussions and plays an active role in shaping the next European research and innovation framework. It brings together key actors from Europe and Finland by organising seminars and discussion events.

The University of Vaasa’s Brussels Office is located at Nordic House, home to several Finnish and other Nordic organisations. The office is led by Philippe Vanrie.
