National Collaboration Network for Continuous Learning in Cybersecurity

There is a shortage of cybersecurity professionals in Finland and globally. Universities train specialists, but continuous learning opportunities are limited and hard to adapt. In this project, eight universities develop ways to integrate cybersecurity education into continuous learning. The work maps current offerings, identifies skills needs, improves pedagogy, and sets strategic directions aligned with labor market demands.
