InnoUCS

The main objective of the project is to strengthen and develop the research, development, and innovation capabilities and skills of SMEs in South Ostrobothnia in a new way by increasing cooperation, networking, and co-development between universities in Seinäjoki and companies in South Ostrobothnia with leading RDI platforms, innovation ecosystems, and testing environments. Additionally, the project aims to produce and develop new types of innovation activities to increase attractiveness, improve RDI communication, and boost companies’ product and development activities. One of the goals is to develop a Knowledge Advisory Board model in collaboration with companies, which will immediately benefit SMEs in utilizing RDI expertise for business development. Innovation partnerships are need- and company-driven and also enhance inter-university cooperation to raise the RDI competence level of South Ostrobothnia and the region’s companies.
