FITech - Energy Storage
The combat against climate change has created an unprecedented need for technologies and applications related to energy storage.
Massive, global investments are made on energy storage currently. There is an increasing need for battery and other storage technologies as well as conversion technologies related to smart energy systems. Also, mobile energy storage applications are developed rapidly. For the Finnish energy industry to be competitive, knowledge in the area needs to be continuously developed.
FITech Energy Storage allows updating or extending your knowledge with studies that can be done while working. All seven FITech universities offer the latest knowledge on energy technology and the energy business. You can do an individual course or a combination of several according to your needs.
FITech Energy Storage includes three themes:
- Chemistry and materials
- Applications and technologies
- Energy markets and business models
There are courses with online, contact as well as blended teaching. You can browse the offerings of all seven FITech universities on the FITech website. Use the filters to search for, for example, only online courses or courses given by a certain university, or just browse by a theme.
