About the registrar

Recommendation about email attachments

If the document will be sent as an attachment in an e-mail, it has to be saved in the form of a word document (.doc), an excel document (.xls), in .rtf, PowerPoint, or in .pdf. If the sender uses another file type, it cannot be ensured that the attachment could be opened on the software used at the Registrar.

A typical example of a document declared secret is the type that contains information on a person’s health or on trade or research secrets.
