Project description

Trust-M project aims to improve the integration of migrants by developing digital services that make use of speech-based interaction—such as artificial intelligence and conversational interfaces. By advancing digital services, the project strengthens inclusion, labor market resilience, and the economic vitality of Finnish society. At present, many migrants do not find existing digital public services accessible or trustworthy for various reasons. This challenge requires scientific understanding of how trust and equality are conceptualized and how human rights are realized in current digital public services that support migration. The City of Espoo serves as the project’s interaction partner, creating a fertile ground for service development and significantly enhancing the project’s societal impact.
