The aim of the project is to support the development of nature tourism, taking into account accessibility and the principles of sustainable tourism, by creating partnerships between forest owners and tourism and welfare service companies in South Ostrobothnia. The project promotes the use of private forests and natural sites in economic activities by making use of spatial data and other data. The aim of the project is thus to increase the earning potential of nature tourism among forest owners, tourism companies and welfare service companies, to promote business and networking, and thus to improve the vitality of rural areas. In addition, the project aims to promote the service business of nature tourism through the use of new technologies.
