CEE4WES - Circular Economy Ecosystem for Waste-to-Energy Sector

Business Finland logo
Climate change, over-consumption of natural resources, the amount of incinerated waste, and tightening policy mechanisms are accelerating the transition of the waste-to-energy sectors towards circular economy.

Finnish market actors in the waste-to-energy sector have excellent possibilities to develop and commercialize breakthrough innovations. This project promotes the ability of Finnish companies to size the business opportunities in the waste-to-energy sector by identifying the key actors in the ecosystem and creating a circular economy roadmap based on the key RDI areas and potential project paths identified by the actors.
