NATUREACH – Nature Reachable for All research conference is part of the Interreg Aurora-funded project aiming to improve human health and wellbeing by developing service models that utilize virtual nature in social and health care. The closing event in Vaasa brings together researchers and experts to present the latest research findings from the project and share insights into nature’s wellbeing benefits and their accessibility.
The Research Conference on December 3 at the University of Vaasa includes presentations from leading Nordic experts on research using authentic and virtual nature environments, as well as project pilot studies regarding the use of virtual nature in intellectual disability services, eating disorder unit, palliative care, and in supporting the wellbeing of people with diabetes and older adults in Finland and Sweden.
Public is warmly welcome to follow the conference without prior registration. Please note that coffee and lunch are not included.
