I am a doctoral researcher in the School of Marketing and Communication. My research focuses on understanding the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses. They explore how entrepreneurs can overcome fear of failure and use innovative strategies with a sustainable perspective and I am also interested in exploring the role of leadership styles in promoting entrepreneurial success. Last but not least, highly interested to explore the challenges and opportunities of the new space economy in internationalization.
Prior to starting a PhD, I completed an MSc in Computer Science, which has equipped me with the analytical and technical skills necessary for cutting-edge research. I am committed to producing research that has practical implications for entrepreneurs, policymakers, and academics alike.
