Introduction
I am an assistant professor doing research on value creation in new service development and digital business, and agile product development and business models in the context of the Industrial Internet. I belong to the International Business and Marketing Strategies research group.
I have worked for nearly a decade in different multinational companies in Europe in marketing and sales support where I have taken part in projects aimed at changing organisations to become more service and solutions oriented.
