University of Vaasa offers a variety of versatile rental spaces, ranging from spacious auditoriums to intimate meeting rooms, all equipped with modern amenities. Located in a historic campus overlooking the coastline, our venues provide a unique blend of charm and functionality. Perfect for conferences, workshops, and events, they offer a professional and inspiring setting for any occasion.

Flexible spaces for productive work and memorable events
We offer several spaces for a variety of needs, from lecture rooms to auditoria, all equipped with modern technology and hybrid learning. There are four auditoriums of varying sizes available, suitable for events with 90 to 395 participants. Available are also several lecture rooms which seat 10–120 people. Our study environment consists of several cosy, inviting and adaptable spaces. Our lobbies are perfect for exhibitions or small conventions.
After a seminar or a training day, guests can unwind at the university's sauna with a beautiful sea view. The sauna includes a pleasant lounge area, a well-equipped kitchen and a meeting room for approximately 25 people.

Additional services, including security, cleaning, and IT support, are available upon request for an extra fee and can be customised to suit the specific needs of your event or facility use.
Cancellation and payment terms
A reservation must be cancelled no later than 10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before the rental period begins. Cancellations made later will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total rental fee. If payment has already been made, the remaining 50% will be refunded.
All pricing excludes VAT.
