I am responsible for the delivery and development of the Master's Programme in Business Development at the University of Vaasa and serve as the pedagogical lead for management courses, including Organisational Behaviour, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Project Management.

My doctoral research examined workplace well-being in the context of evolving work practices and remote work. My current research focuses on diversity and inclusion, with a particular emphasis on neurodiversity. As a qualified neuropsychiatric coach, I actively promote awareness of neurodiversity and support student well-being. I run coaching groups and provide one-to-one coaching for students, with the aim of fostering a neuro-inclusive learning environment that ensures equal opportunities for all students to study, graduate, and enter employment.

Equally important to me is the ongoing development of inclusive and compassionate workplace communities.

Before entering academia, I built a long career in international management and leadership roles in the software, technology, and consulting industries. I have extensive experience in competence development, results-driven leadership, change management, and the design of strategies, processes, and operating models. In my academic role, I bring together this professional background and my research to support the development of leadership and workplace practices.

In addition, I work as a trainer and coach with the University of Vaasa Executive Education, specialising in leadership, workplace well-being, and organisational development. I work daily in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
