Opening ceremony of the academic year 2026

The Opening Ceremony of the Academic Year at the University of Vaasa will be celebrated this year on 7 September 2025 at 14:15 in the Levón Auditorium.

The opening ceremony will begin with a grand procession led by the Rector. After the formal program, the procession will guide the audience to restaurant Mathilda.
