Guest Lecture: Navigating Hybrid Threats: Safeguarding Critical Infrastructure in the times of polycrises

We are pleased to invite you to meet our new visiting professor, Ruben Arcos, on Monday, September 23, from 13:00 to 16:00 in D304 (Tervahovi, 3rd floor) and hear his keynote presentation. Prof. Arcos is a distinguished scholar in the fields of hybrid threat and intelligence research.

The upcoming event will include a presentation by Professor Arcos, focusing on the importance of understanding hybrid threats within the transformed landscape of European security.  Dr. Hanna Smith, who started her role as a professor of practice at the University of Vaasa in May, will serve as the discussant. Hanna is currently also employed with the OSCE in Vienna as a strategic advisor.

We are looking forward to an engaging conversation regarding new threat scenarios and their implications for the future of the EU and Finland.
