Oskar Kowalewski is Professor of Finance at IÉSEG School of Management and a researcher at LEM (UMR CNRS 9221). He is also affiliated with the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences. His research focuses on banking, corporate finance, corporate governance, fintech, and sustainable finance. He has extensive international academic experience, including periods as a Visiting Scholar at the Wharton School and as a Fellow at the Wharton Financial Institutions Center, University of Pennsylvania, as well as a DAAD Visiting Professor at the European University Viadrina. His research has been published widely in international peer-reviewed journals, and he has led numerous externally funded research projects. He currently serves as Interim Editor-in-Chief of the International Review of Financial Analysis and as Associate Editor of Economic Modelling.
