Stand setup is possible from 8.00 and teardown starts at 16.00. A lobby stand includes a 2 × 1.5 m area, expo carpet, a bar table and a bar stool, and three lunch vouchers. You are welcome to bring your own stand furniture. Screens are available at additional cost.

Apply to pitch
Pitch slots are open by application. Tell us in a few sentences what you would present and why the audience should care.
- Veturi pitch, 10–15 minutes — for companies leading a Business Finland Veturi programme.
- SME pitch, 3 minutes — what you do, what you are looking for, what you bring to a joint project.
- Research group pitch, 3 minutes — your expertise, your infrastructure, the kind of company partner you want.

Matchmaking
Focused fifteen-minute meetings between 13.00 and 15.45, booked in advance. When you register, tell us who you would like to meet and what you want to talk about, and we will build the schedule. You will receive your personal meeting timetable by email before the event.
