Olena Maslyukivska is an environmental governance and sustainability researcher specialising in policy instruments for sustainability transitions. Her work focuses on how public policy tools, institutional frameworks, and collaborative governance mechanisms can accelerate climate-neutral and resource-efficient transitions at urban, regional, and national levels.
Her research integrates environmental economics, climate governance, and sustainability policy with practical implementation through public institutions. A key focus of her work is the role of policy instruments such as sustainable public procurement, climate budgeting, and green public finance in enabling systemic change.
