Background
I received my MA (English) and MSc (Business) degrees from the University of Vaasa in 2004 and 2006. Before joining the School of Management in 2017, I worked several years in organizational development as management consultant and in finance expert positions.
Research
My PhD project which was launched in 2017 is focused on organizational mindfulness and leader development, taking special interest in self-influencing and self-leadership.
Teaching
I am involved in the Candidate's Degree Programme, currently as a co-teacher of the course Leading People. In addition, I supervise Candidate's Theses.
