Psychologists' tips to deal with reactions to the war

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has shocked people around the world. It’s natural for the mind to react to worrying things and uncertainty. FSHS psychologists wrote an article where they give tips to take care of yourself.

Flexible model in oral health care services

To complement regular dental appointments, the FSHS has introduced the Flexible model in oral health care services. The duration of the appointment depends on the undertaken treatment procedures. The goal is to get your mouth in shape with as few visits as possible.

The flexible model was first introduced at the service unit in Töölö, Helsinki. The model will also be introduced in Jyväskylä, Oulu and Turku this spring, and in Tampere after the summer.
