Hydrospinning & water aerobics

You can participate in hydrospinning classes at Vaasa swimhall. Hydrospinning is exercise cycling in water that is around mid body level.

There are ten hydrospinning bikes at the Vaasa swimhall.

– Hydrospinning-class is much like a regular spinning class on ”dry land”. The exercise works different portions of the body. During the class the effort level is varied through different positions and intensities says instructor Niina Hankilanoja.

You have to reserve your spot beforehand via telephone.

The Hydrospinning class is held at the swimming hall on Tuesdays 18.45-19.15. Reservation is made from phone number 040 159 9121 or 040 159 9122 on Mondays before Tuesdays class.

When arriving to the swimming hall you pay for your spot at the reception. The cost of the hydrospinning class is 5 euros as well as the regular swimming hall fee. There are ten spots for sale for each hydrospinning class. Its good to arrive ten minutes prior to the beginning of the class.

Fall water aerobics classes have begun

Water aerobic classes are included in the price of admission and there is no pre-registering for them. Check out the schedule for the classes.

By presenting a valid University of Vaasa sports sticker you receive a discount of 2,60 € on the admission fee.
