VAKKI Communication Research Association arranges a Symposium on February 9–10, 2023 under the theme of Communicating with Purpose. We welcome scholars from different fields of research to discuss questions of purpose and meaning in communication.
Registration for the symposium has ended, but the keynotes are open to all.
The symposium’s keynote speakers are Oana B. Albu (Copenhagen Business School) and Anastasia Kavada (University of Westminster):
- Albu’s keynote titled “Managing visibilities through communication: The shades and shadows of activism in repressive contexts” takes place on Thursday, February 9th at 12 p.m. in auditorium Levón.
- Kavada’s keynote titled “Communicating (with) care: Vulnerability and communication for social change” takes place on Friday, February 10th at 9 a.m. in auditorium Levón.
