Nyyti’s chat: Studying and Stressing
Too many tasks? Not enough time? Spending half the day just being stressed about tasks instead of tackling them… What if I am my own biggest stressor and all the stressing is just slowing me down? An achievement-oriented and competitive environment can make us observe ourselves critically. How should we approach these feelings? How to “unstress”? Come and chat with other students to find out you´re not alone with these thoughts.
Nyyti's chat is a place for joint thoughts and exchange of experiences. In the group like chat directed towards students different topics that touch student life are discussed in the guidance by Nyyti's valunteers and employees. Chats are held on Tuesdays 3 pm to 5 pm and Thursdays 6 pm to 8 pm. Welcome to talk with a relaxed attitude in good company!
