Touraj Hashempour is a project researcher at the Energy Technology team in the School of Technology and Innovations at the University of Vaasa. With over 8 years of experience in the field of internal combustion engines, Touraj is working on simulation of engine exhaust noise in 1D approach by developing some components acoustically like Turbine, Compressor and … .His background also includes combustion engine simulation in 3D approach and CFD simulations related to the engine concept. He is actively involved in teaching engine simulation courses and is passionate about contributing to the development of sustainable and cost-efficient marine engines.
