Strategic Sales Management

This study module aims to help companies and organisations in systematising sales, building high-performing sales organisations, and understanding the important role of sales in the implementation of the business strategy.

You will get tools for systematic sales budgeting, smart pricing, customer knowledge, and managing varying customer relations. B-to-B and solution-oriented selling are among the central themes. What is responsible selling like and how can you improve in it? We will also discuss how brand and image form and how to launch new products. This education will develop international sales arenas of companies.

The tuition fee of the module is EUR 3,500 + VAT 24%. The module is an optional part of our Executive MBA programme.
