Business Law
The Business Law Studies aim at increasing and deepening the business students' understanding of law and legal matters. The purpose of the line of study is to provide students with a sufficient general knowledge of legal matters and a very thorough knowledge of taxation and company law to enable them to work in these fields. If the student wishes to specialise in some other area of law, for example labour law, this is also possible. Within the line, law as a subject is seen from the point of view of companies and individuals and not from the point of view of courts of law. Instruction is given and a thesis is ultimately written. The line of study of Business Law produces graduates who are then eligible for postgradual studies in Business Law, leading to licentiate and doctoral degrees in Business and Administration Studies.
